Congratulations to Trisha Jeffrey for her Helen Hayes Award Nomination!
Trisha received a nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Resident Musical
for the 27th Annual Helen Hayes Awards for her portrayal of "Emmie Thibodeaux" in The Studio Theatre's production

Caroline, or Change was honored with six nominations for the following:
~ Outstanding Musical Direction, Resident Production:
Howard Breitbart and Jon Kalbfleisch
~ Outstanding Supporting Actress, Resident Musical:
Trisha Jeffrey ("Emmie")
~ Outstanding Supporting Actress, Resident Musical:
Kelly J. Rucker ("Dotty")
~ Outstanding Lead Actress, Resident Musical:
Julia Nixon ("Caroline")
~ Outstanding Director, Resident Musical:

~ Outstanding Resident Musical
A few other nominees this year are: Christine Andreas, Elena Shaddow, Laura Griffith and David Burnham for the touring
production of The Light in the Piazza at The Kennedy Center; Judith Ivey and Bill Pullman for The Subject
Was Roses also at The Kennedy Center; and Brad Oscar for Cabaret at Arena Stage.

The awards ceremony will be held on Monday, April 16, 2007, hosted by Washington-area native Jason Kravits of Broadway's
